Yoga means to yoke or unite. The United Nations says its aim in declaring Yoga Day is to raise awareness of the many benefits of yoga. Yet with over 177 nations celebrating Yoga day on Sunday the 19th June 2016 I believe the United Nations has “yoked” the world in harmony and peace.
