Private classes are perfect for the beginner or the more experienced yoga practitioner looking to improve their at home practice. Mindful Living offers a mobile service where we will come to a location that suits you. Alternatively we can offer one-on-one lessons in our private studio. For your 90 minute investment you will receive a psychosomatic analysis; a 45 minute yoga class; a 15 minute meditation / relaxation session and be given a personalised yoga program for your at home practice. We ask you to reserve 1.5 hours for your personalised sessions.

Mindful Living currently holds group classes in the Pine Rivers, North Lakes and Morayfield area. Beginners programs are regularly held during school terms on both Monday and Wednesday night at Bray Park and Petrie. Specialised yoga sessions are held in our private studio Morayfield for those wanting to explore yoga more deeply. We prefer to keep our classes small so as to offer a more personalised group session therefore bookings are necessary. Fostering and promoting self-empowerment, self-awareness and self-care is the cornerstone to children's yoga. Supporting kids to be kids while providing them with powerful tools to develop confidence, relaxation techniques and practical tips on healthy choices matters to the Mindful Living team. Laughter, games and physical activity are used in our classes. Children learn yoga postures and breathing techniques for mind and body relaxation and calming.
