Different Types of Meditation
A meditation practice does not need to be a difficult undertaking however it may not necessarily be easy. Finding the right technique can be as challenging as practicing it. Meditation techniques can be as simple as sitting in silence and moving your mind awareness to a single thought or object. In the classes held with Mindful Living Matters we practice several different methods to help compliment an at home meditation practice. Techniques and compliments to meditation techniques included in meditation classes are:
